‘Miss’ Iris Sahhara Henson is Nigeria’s first openly transgender woman, the transgender lady formerly known as Clifford Oche lived in Abuja for several years before moving to London, United Kingdom, where she has been living as a female for over 7 years.
She is a 28-year-old songwriter, model with lots of charisma enough to go for the 2011 Miss International Queen pageant in Pattaya, Thailand and becoming 1st runner up in the competition.
Last year she spoke of how happier she is now that her dream of becoming a woman was achieved. She had stood in front of her mirror with tears of joy running down her cheek when she saw her transformation.
