Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 'agree settlement with YouTube founder Chad Hurley... as he is set to pay $440,000 over leaked engagement video'

It has been nearly two years since Kanye West’s elaborate proposal to Kim Kardashian.
But the famous couple have only just resolved their legal battle with YouTube founder Chad Hurley over their leaked engagement video, according to reports.
It has been claimed by TMZ that Hurley, who left YouTube to create MixBit, has agreed to pay the Kimye $440,000 for secretly recording and posting the clip.
The couple had decided to sue Hurley as they claimed he had manipulated his way into the AT&T Park in San Francisco on the night in October 2013 when Kanye got down on one knee.
Kim and Kanye also argued that Hurley had signed a confidentiality agreement before he secretly recorded the video and posted on MixBit.
The gossip site reports that Hurley must pay the money in the next few days in order for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
With roman candles burning, a 50-piece orchestra playing and their family and friends hiding in the dugouts of the San Francisco Giants’ baseball stadium, the rapper told Kim: 'I just want to know.'
As Kanye, 36, got down on one knee, Kim put her hands to her face in shock, and her sisters Khloe and Kendall Jenner gasped from their hiding place.
'You want to know what?' Kim asked coyly. 'If you’ll marry me,' Kanye responded, grinning from ear to ear.
After Kim whispered 'of course,' Kanye handed over a box containing a 15-carat diamond ring made by celebrity jeweller Lorraine Schwartz.
'I can’t believe this is happening,' Kim said as she kissed and embraced the father of her daughter, North, with the words 'Pleeease marry meee!!!' glowing on the stadium’s giant screen.
