Sparks are seen coming from a hole the thief uses to place the explosive in the front of the ATM, before the machine is blown up and smoke fills the room.
He is then seen returning to the scene to collect what is left of whatever was inside.
In June, the Parana RPC news website reported that five suspected members of a gang had been arrested with 45kg of dynamite which police said could be used to burst into 120 ATMs.
Police commander Silvanei Almeida Gomes told the site: "We spent six months investigating this gang.
"There are strong indications that this year they are responsible for 11 cases of theft at ATMs."
The robbery was filmed in Ponta Grossa, in Brazil's ParanĂ¡ state.
